4 Day Week Pilot Programme

We're thrilled to share a significant milestone in our journey. Last December, we completed the first 6-month pilot of the 4 Day Work Week!

Based on the 100-80-100™️ model, we received 100% pay for 80% of our time in exchange for 100% productivity. It was an incredible experience, and we're excited to give you a glimpse into the positive changes it's brought to our team.

We think it's fair to say that the impact of embracing a 4 Day Work Week has genuinely exceeded expectations. With increased happiness, productivity, and a true sense of balance, it's clear this is the way forward for us. And that’s why we’re now well into our second 6-month trial.
