Kate leads strategy and digital media at the WakeUp Agency. She specializes in digital advertising (GoogleAds Certified Expert and Facebook Ads Specialist) as well as email and influencer marketing. Kate's also CEO of Wake Up Kate, a mindfulness consultancy that trains organizations in stress resilience across North America.

Don leads the marketing and content creation programs for the WakeUp Agency and handles print advertising, direct marketing, media outreach, blogging, and copywriting. Don is also the active CEO of Don Kerr Writes, a storytelling and copywriting agency.

Dorin holds a Masters in Inclusive Design from OCAD University in Toronto, a BDes in graphic design (with distinction) and a Certificate in E-Commerce and Web Marketing from the University of Toronto. Dorin is also a respected digital and design professor.
